What is your “WHY” item?
That one thing, goal, place, event…the reason you do this thing you’re doing: have you said it out loud? Do you want to be home with your family? Do you want to be the Commander of your own life? Are you training for a special race or other wellness event? Is it a wedding? A trip? A stay-cation, perhaps? Whatever the MAIN motivator you have pushing you every day, you should be feeling it – and aware of it – in your bones, always. It should ignite your passions, your drive, your fire, to fuel the fighter inside to not only walk right up to those goals, but to snatch them up with all your earned might!
Go get it. And remember your WHY!
